Schedule of activities for the Sebewaing Area Historical Society through August 2010: 

These are the historical sites administered by the SAHS: The Rev. Hahn home, Old Sebewaing Township Hall and the Charles W. Liken home. (all are on Center Street within walking distance of each other.

 The Old Sebewaing Township Hall on North Center and the Charles W. Liken home on South Center will be open Saturdays and Sundays beginning with Memorial Day until Labor Day of 2010. See our new outside look of the Liken house with a fresh paint job in Victorian colors done in 2009.

 **Summer 2010 Update**  Thursday, July 22, at 6 p.m. Sebewaing Area Hist. Society will have a strawberries and ice cream social at the Seb. Village Park. The Pickle Band will perform musical numbers. Bring lawn chairs. Saturday, August 21, SAHS will be selling Walking Tacos for $3.50 during the Sebewaing Farmer's Market in downtown Sebewaing from 10 a.m-4 p.m. at the Old Sebewaing Township Hall on Center Street, downtown. Our historic buildings, the Charles W. Liken home on North Center and Old Sebewaing Township Hall are open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-3 p.m. Many new additions and displays have been done this year. Come visit us!!

 The society meets the 2^nd Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Sebewaing Township Hall, 14 Sharpsteen Street, Sebewaing. All are welcome.

Work days are on Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-Noon at the Charles W. Liken home on South Center. All are welcome!

 Sugar Festival Weekend:

Friday, June 18, Tacos in a Bag will be sold and a Bake Sale held at the Old Sebewaing Township Hall. Times to be announced.

Saturday, June 19, Dedication of the historical sign in front of the Old Sebewaing Township Hall at 1:30 p.m. Refreshments will follow.

 July – Ice cream social and music in the Village Park

Saturday, August 21, Sebewaing Farmer’s Market. Tacos in a Bag will be sold at Old Sebewaing Township Hall.
